LeBLANC Communication Malaysia secures pinnacle Vietnam Project

LeBLANC Communications Malaysia has secured the design and manufacture of what will be the highest tower structure in Northern Vietnam.  Hanoi Radio-Television Station (HTV) signed and agreement and initiated the project on Oct. 16, 2010.
